Quidam 2016 — a vintage to enjoy today

AOC Bordeaux Supérieur. A blend of 70% Merlot, 20% Malbec and 10% Cabernet Sauvignon, grown on clay-limestone soils and small gravel deposits.

Low-temperature maceration and fermentation in temperature-controlled stainless-steel tanks.

Award: bronze medal at the Decanter World Wine Awards 2021, awarded to the 2016 vintage.

Food pairings

Red meat, charcuterie and cheese.
